P.S. ReillyP.S. Reilly is a noted expert, author,  advisor and public speaker on commercial success in cleantech, energy technology, sustainability and related fields.  

Reilly has transformed utilities to leverage innovation and meet demands of restructuring environments, and she has positioned regions for success in the new energy economy. She has developed market opportunities for solution vendors, service providers and their investors through connections to customers and key market partners. She has led national research projects in advanced building design, utility innovations and workforce issues, among others. She is a world-class strategist, and is called on by Fortune 50 established companies, governments and others to aid with strategy, positioning and execution to leverage the emerging trends around technology and sustainability. She has been a strategic advisor to the California Energy Commission, the Premier of British Columbia, the Vancouver 2010 Olympics Committee and many others. She currently serves as the Chief Innovator/Technologist for one of the largest public power utilities in the nation. Called the "Green Queen", the results of her efforts have been recognized nationally and internationally. 

During the past two decades, Reilly has found success in various senior executive and advisory positions in the telecommunications, enterprise software, venture capital, and media industries. She served as Vice President of a Hewlett Packard subsidiary; Entrepreneur in Residence and Investing Manager at a Northwest venture firm, and most recently she was Vice President of Emerging Markets for Ziff Davis Media, where she provided strategic advice to leading technology companies, including IBM, Microsoft and many others.  


Dr. William M. SmithDr. Smith is internationally recognized for pioneering advances in a wide range of disciplines related to regulated and deregulated energy markets. He has published several influential papers in prestigious journals, including Public Utilities Fortnightly, IEEE Proceedings, IEEE Transactions, EPRI Journal, and Electrical World. Bill has been an invited expert to advise on energy matters in Costa Rica, Pakistan, Taiwan, Sweden, Japan, and Canada, as well as numerous engagements at the federal, state, and utility level. He is currently a key author for a white paper on negawatt partnerships at the city, regional, and statewide level, for which he developed a conceptual negawatt partnership model. As Chief Operating Officer of Infotility, he oversaw development of unique energy software for underpinning the technical, socio-economic, and program performance assessments of various energy programs. He also devised a novel program benefit assessment tool for comparing different energy programs from the customer viewpoint.


Denise Mullen-DalmerMs. Mullen-Dalmer has more than 18 years of senior level public sector experience in energy in western North America and has served as an elected member of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and the Northwest Regional Transmission Association as both utility and government representative. She has spent a number of years doing international development in the mining sector in South America working with the political and institutional leadership of the Peruvian government. She has an expert understanding of the policy development process, utility regulation, project related environmental assessment processes and interest based conflict resolution techniques and has worked with all levels of government on a broad set of international and domestic energy related issues. She has a passion for ensuring that public policy serves the public interest and that services delivered by public entities meet the needs of the citizens and users. As such, she brings a deep appreciation for the importance of facilitating the participation of stakeholders - internal and external - in process and product analysis, development, design, implementation and delivery. She is currently supporting Athena Institute in delivering British Columbia's Alternative Energy Plan and development of a master Energy Plan for the 2010 Olympics and Paralympics. She is a member of the International Association of Energy Economists.
